It's getting better all round and it's a system I recommend for people wanting to travel alongside locals when wanting to visit the attractions around El Jadida. I use these busses to go to Sidi Bouzid, Moulay Abdellah and, especially, Azemmour. The fare to these destinations is 4 dirhams, half the price of the Grand Taxi in the day and two fifths of the night price. I don't generally use them around town as taxis are ubiquitous, if more expensive. The services run until about 10.30pm normally and until after midnight during Ramadan and in high season. Although Equinox has been running these services for 4 years, they were originally doing it through a subsidiary.

A new set of Volvo busses has been bought and it was in one of these that I went to Azemmour the other day. Eventually, the fleet will consist only of these new Swedish busses.
